CLIX
Although Tonga's Schedule was prepared on the assumption that Tonga would officially become a Member in 2006 (Tonga's Protocol of Accession was finalized in December 2005), Tonga joined the Organization in 2007 only. As a result of this delay, tariff lines where the final bound rate differs from the bound rate at date of accession are presented with an implementation period starting in 2006. All tariff commitments are fully implemented in 2007.
