The representative of Afghanistan confirmed that Afghanistan shall not introduce and shall eliminate all duties, taxes, fees and charges applied to exports, unless specifically provided for in Table X of this Protocol or applied in conformity with the provisions of Article VIII of the GATT 1994. Afghanistan shall notify to the WTO any changes of its duties, taxes, fees and charges applied to exports on the day of their publication and in any case at least 30 days before any such changes enter into force. The Working Party took note of these commitments.
