- For the purpose of Article 6.4(a) of the Agreement on Agriculture, with respect to product-specific domestic support, the percentage of Kazakhstan's total value of production of a basic agricultural product during the relevant year, and with respect to non-product specific domestic support, the percentage of the value of Kazakhstan's total agricultural production, which would otherwise be required to be included in a Member's calculation in its Current AMS, shall be 8.5 per cent.
