1. The Republic of Kazakhstan undertakes not to increase export duties, or to reduce or to eliminate them, in accordance with the following schedule, and not to reintroduce or increase them beyond the levels indicated in this schedule, except in accordance with the provisions of GATT 1994.

2. The export duties shall be reduced in equal installments, except for the tariff lines marked with “x” for which the elimination may take place at the end of the implementation period and for tariff lines for which the rate of duty on the date of accession may remain unchanged.
